MHM Hotel Management, Spain

MHM (M Hotel management), created in 2004 by Pablo Carrington, specialises in the development, launch and management of individual, independent hotels. All the properties in the company’s portfolio retain their architectural integrity and a strong sense of place, combined with the highest service ethics and individual personality. Each hotel managed by MHM has its own history, whether it’s a 19th century villa, a 12th century palacio – or an iconic converted cinema in San Sebastian.

The portfolio comprises the recently-opened Cap Rocat in Mallorca (June 2010), Hotel Viura in Rioja Alavesa (April 2010); Villa Soro and Astoria7 in San Sebastian; Palacio Guendulain in Pamplona and Iturregi in Getaria (Guipúzcoa). Ongoing projects include a property in Normandy due in 2011.
